Confession time.. I was on the phone with a “support person” – and they were being totally rude.

I did try to handle it nicely, but I finally just lost it.. and asked for their manager… and of course they totally freaked out…

So much for all my progress… Now my goal is to put this goal to rest by September!

Sick of people that just don’t get the clue when I am trying to be polite.

Unfortunately, if I can’t get my point across gently.. I tend to go to the other extreme… and just freak out at people.

Looking to use more powerful language to really, really, tell people when to back off, shut up, or just forget it.
