Since I stopped my low carb diet, I’ve consinstently gained wait, going back to over 260. I keep making plans to eat healthier, but seem to always avoid tehm. I need to focus harder on this and actually accomplish some real goals. Week 1, More fruits and vegetables everyday. 5-9 servings. Everything else will stay the same for now. Baby steps. Let’s see if it works.

.. but I started yo-yoing. Up to 251 ?! Then back down to 243 last week. THEN, even though I stuvk top my diet AND worked 72 hours on my feet, I gained four lbs last week!! Frustrating to say the least. I’ve decided to restructure my diet, I’ll have to try a new diet. Low fat only got me about 10 lbs, and another 15 or so from my low-carb diet. Now what?
I’m down another 5+ lbs in just two weeks since my last entry. I’m weighing myself once a week instead of every day now. I like watching the pounds come off in bigger chunks. Plus I won’t get discouraged if I gain a 1/2 a pound or plateau for a few days. All is going well so far. Sticking to my low carb diet and was working a lot of OT at work and that was getting me my exercise.
I’m down almost 20 lbs already. Between my low carb diet and the double shifts I’ve been putting in at work lately, the pounds are just flying off.
That’s eleven pounds since peaking at 266, and 5 since plateauing a week ago. I knew my low carb diet would kick things into high gear. Now to keep it up.
Making 226 my new “40 lb” goal. I’m drinking the water i need to, but can’t seem to control my diet. I’ve lost a few pounds, down to around 260, but I’ve already plateaued.I lost a bunch of weight on a low carb diet, and decided to start back on that one. Hopfully I can pull it off.
I haven’t dieted since adding this to my list and it shows. I’m up to over 260 now. I’m going to weigh myself later for an official start weight. I know I need to lose more than 40, but it’s a good start. I’ve lost 86 lbs before, so 40 should be no sweat. I’m cutting out fast food, sweets, and consuming at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day as well as 8 glasses of water. We’ll have to see how that goes and take it from their.
