Time to reapply myself. I have 5 daily things in my done list.
1. Read the paper – A+
2. Eat more fruits and veggies – C
3. 8 glasses of water – C
4. Vitamins – D-
5. Floss – D-
I’m reading the paper everyday. I’m eating more fruits and veggie and drinking more water than I used too, but not as much as i should. I’ve almost completely stopped taking vitamins and flossing, although I know I need to.
.. and I’m 1 for 2. I’m still flossing daily, but haven’t been taking my vitamins every day like I should. I’ve moved them from my little nook where I keep my wallet and keys (since all I do is push them aside now), and placed them next my monitor. I figure since 43 things is my home page, everytime I log on, I’ll be reminded to take them.
