identify 100 things that make me happy (besides money)

almost every episode.
and not only because i love zach braff..
but every episode makes me laugh … then teaches me something… then makes me cry…
and i like that combination, especially in 30 minute intervals.

i really like that show…
and it makes me happy watching it…

the postal service.
its a band.

come on now.
just listen to them.
they automatically make me smile no matter what..

for whatever reason, their music just gets to me.

and its good.

a greattt pick me up too.

pictures. especially when they are in picture frames and displayed all nice and pretty.
its nice.
and they tell thousands of stories.
they make me feel happy.

i like them.

48. You know those feelings you get when you first meet/hang out with a person that you like..
and every time you talk to them you just smile and the whole butterflies thing inside of you. and someone, every single thing they say or text, makes you like them even more…
and its not like they are trying to tell you what you want to hear, but thats them just acting how they really are…

i dont think i can really explain exactly what i mean…
.. those feelings never have lasted really long for me. but in the beginning at least, they give me hope.

and i like that.

46. leslie having short hair.
love getting my hair cut off and having cute hair! its fun.

47. tattoos
not on me in general. sometimes they can look bad.. but they are art.. for the most part.

37. good art like the modern kind.. the kind found on trains.. grafitti...colorful, but not bright. peaceful kind. even punk art sometimes.. most times. [:

38. PANDAS. how could i have gone so far without them? they are awesome. i love them. the main reason my favourite colors are black and white. panda jane.

39. trees. driving down the road and just seeing trees… doesnt happen that often anymore. but they are beautiful. they hold alot of stuff all up in them. they hold life. haha

40. NUMBERS/CLOCKS. just like words.. they are the center of everything. if it wasnt for them, where would i be? they bring peace, therefor leslie is happy.

41. dresses and heels, or just dressing up for that matter.
i love looking dolled up. i like looking cute. it makes me feel good about myself. i dont care what other people have to say about it. i do it for myself. honestly.

42. BEING HELPED/WHEN PEOPLE OFFER ME HELP. i really could use it every now and then. i cant handle that much all the time. no one is that strong. we all need a break and some time to just breath and take it all in sometimes.

43. driving... ironically. you will always hear me saying i hate to drive. but i just like driving by myself. cruising.. ya know. its always enjoyable.

44. MEMORIES. no one could ever take those away from me, other than myself. i am not good at remembering things, thats why i like to write them down, or type :P but there are a lot of good times. memories are very helpful if used right.

45. blankie... took it from my sister when i was a baby.. had it ever since. its now in pieces. that doesnt stop anything. there are four pieces in my bed right now.. [: i love it. its comforting. and my gma made it. so comforting.

Maybe its cause of my grandma. and her undying love for skunks, or maybe i just really like the smell. i cant tell you why. but i do. i would highly prefer the smell of a skunk than flowers.
though it does sadden me when i am driving down harlem and smell a skunk, because in most cases, you only smell them when they are dead… but then again that may be just another reason why i enjoy the smell so much.. who’s to say…

this is honestly the best job i think i could have. well right now at least.
who would have guessed that i, leslie white girl, would be working at funplex. as birthday manager of all things??

yeah my job gets stressful sometimes, but what doesnt?
i love the people.
love the money.
its really what i need right now.

i enjoy writing a great deal.
i can not say how many spiral and sticky notes i have filled up in just the past couple of months.
but yeah.
i now consider it a hobby and a great passion.

i think i will write a book or a few one day.
that would be lovely.

Finally… after like four years.. I got my braces off.
