swat the mosquitoes

I have identified the following “mosquitoes” to be swat next week:

1. print invoices
2. pay bills with due date 15/6
3. prepare & send “snail” mail = go to the post office

I choose Monday as “swat” day and I hope I will complete all this things within 2 hours :)

This week I tested the Pocket Mod: http://www.pocketmod.com/

It works – I keep it in my wallet or on the desk. It’s very easy to “produce” it and costs nothing :) Some mosquitoes have been swated with this tiny thing.
So it’s definitely my S.W.A.T. to swat mosquito tasks :)

No I’m working on my “next week” planning.
When it’s done I’ll register “mosquito tasks” here.

I’m trying also to apply a following (quite known) technique of time management.
I’m classifying my tasks in a following way:

1) important & urgent 2) important & not urgent

3) not important & urgent 4) not important & not urgent

Adding tasks I mark some of them “M” for “mosquito tasks”.
If they “sit” on the 4th field there is no problem – I can simply forget about them – there they are not dangerous :)
