Wish I can throttle them now- sigh I hope I can get some sleep tonite – am so keyed up!



Be a stronger woman

My best friend and ex-colleague at work told me last month that she thinks i an a strong woman- but I want to be stronger … Sigh I am back to moping about having been abandoned – by a egotistical idiot- and now I face a similar feeling when I cannot get help from my mentor – who is undergoing a medical procedure – not the same bt the depressive feeling is there… I want to turn this feeling around



Went for a long walk just now

It was a 10 I’m walk and I am really tired- but I got to do a route that I have been wanting to do for a long time… So it makes me feel positive but I also have zoo many scripts to mark and now i don’t have the energy to finish that work… And that affects my happiness and positivity…sigh….

Well this week despite getting so many rejections- am not frightened- picked myself up and moved on- helped that I didn’t have to do the task on my own…



Lost faith

Got up this morning and suddenly felt I have lost faith in God- it’s funny cos it just happened – just realized that there are many time in my life when i have not seen god grace…



Adopted Saturdays andf Sunday...

Have decided to make Saturday and Sunday as my downtime days- which means I will remain positive and happy on those two days as much as possible- if I have to do work I will do it but I will tell myself that it is the weekend it is my commitment to myself to be happy and positive on weekends – am hoping that habit will last throughout the week… It will!
