Try increasing meditation tming

Saw someone posting about meditating for 8 hours and am fascinated- winder if that will feel different? Should try this…



It's been a week of meditation!

Went for 3 group sessions but also meditated on my own on other bites- something good is happening- more focused- solving problems- it’s raining now! Thanks for the respite!



Pyramid meditation day 1 and 2

Started yesterday at the centre and then did it on my own just now- felt hot during the meditation- but after that energetic and recharged – Focusing on the breath takes a lot of pressure off the what to do and how to do part that tended to distract me… And I also learned that the breath is just normal- found some music – Subramaniam’s violin that works as backup- tho the palyer or the CD player is spoilt – need to find out- and was just presented with a chain of crystal beads – think there is something taking place around me-



Tried Tibetan Breathing

Feel energized – tried it and it seems to wake me up… Will follow it for now to reap the benefits



Started twin hearts this year

Started this year with town hearts and I like the idea if sending blessing tot eh universe I Rouen a mp3 download and have put this on my computer will move to my mp3 player- it feels good so I will stick to this – if I can meditate every nite for the next two weeks I will consider this done



I want to start this now....

Tried it before but been gg off and on. Time to take this seriously now.
