I’ve decided that this might not really be possible for me. I may need to look at just getting as close as I can to 6% instead, so I’m going to go back to the “control my diabetes” thread.
DANGIT!!! Life has been too hectic and I’ve not been cooking my own food. Have been going out a lot. A1c = 7.2. Dangit.
