I think 10 kgs in 12 weeks is reasonable. I have more to lose than that, but let’s take it a step at a time!!!! So, far, I’ve lost 4kgs in 5 weeks. (started 8 July) So, my “deadline” is: 1 October 2005. Once I’ve got there, I’ll make the next goal. It sounds a lot less overwhelming!
