ACTION FOR THE WEEK:
1. Transfer all details into a new phone book, (of people I have ACTUALLY had contact with in the last, let’s say, 2 years and LIKE)
2. Chuck out ALL old phone books and numbers. Yes, I will survive without them!
If my environment is a reflects ME, and I’m space-clearing and feng shuiing our home like mad, then I should be doing the same for:
1. my body
2. my mind
3. my spirit
