Ok….so this is the larst weekend of junk eating and binge drinking. (i just got up to a size 14 and not impressed)
As of Monday i am joining weight watchers on Monday (hopefully this will help) and am going to vacunaught sessions 3 times a week.
I want to join the gym but not sure i am going to be able to join all three so that one might have to wait till a bit later!!
