Invite? 18 months ago

Could someone send me an invitation? I had the same problems as SallyKitt a few months ago, it will be interesting to see if that’s fixed.



Late start 18 months ago

I need to do this. I thought I didn’t but I’m not sleeping enough and that’s leading to justifications for letting other bad habits creep into my life.

So,

  • start my bath by 10:00pm so I can go to bed at an hour that allows the possibility of 8 or more hours of sleep. No getting on the computer after my bath—if I’m not quite ready for sleep than read some more or write in my journal.
  • eat made-from-scratch food making exceptions no more than three times a week.
  • start actually doing yoga or stretching every day—do it twice some days to make up for the days I’ve missed this month.
  • continue being active and/or exercising—that’s the one thing I’ve been doing well and I don’t want to mess it up while trying to improve other things.
