My goal for next week (9-10 to 9-16) — 1 year ago
I’m working tomorrow, so I figured I’d better put this up today.
Exercise:
45 minutes of walking everyday. I’ve slacked off on this because of a couple of big changes in my life.
1) I’m now taking the train to work for half of my commute, which has resulted in me spending less time on campus, which has resulted in me walking less on campus.
2) We closed on our new house on Tuesday so I’m spending a couple of hours a night puttering at the new house and not always getting a walk in.
Eating:
Concentrate on eating healthy red foods. Paying attention to any aspect of my eating helps all aspects, so why not color?
Social Software:
Get at least one “motivator” on Traineo. Any volunteers?
