I’m happy with my progress here—amazed, actually. I had no idea how helpful yoga was going to be when I started.

I was thinking I might want to add another class or DVD. We had a substitute for our class this week, and I realized that I really don’t want another teacher now—so I’m going to stick with my current class. So, I’m shopping for DVDs.

I took a lunchtime yoga class on campus today. Very nice way to spend lunch!

Did my DVD  — 1 year ago

...and it didn’t kill me. I’m more flexible than I dared hoped but have less strength in my arms and abs. Oh well, I guess I’ll get stronger. Since I didn’t feel totally out of my element, I’ll actually try going to the yoga class that’s on my calendar for next week.
