This is my last day for dairy for… a while, at least. I’m aiming to go until December to see if stopping dairy stops my problems. I’ll miss my cappuccino. (I’m sensitive to soy, so soy milk is not an option.)

I’m testing myself to see if I’m allergic to or intolerant of dairy. It’s very difficult to avoid it entirely, though. I need to find snacks that are portable, and dairy, soy, and wheat-free. I know I’m intolerant of soy, and I suspect I’m intolerant of dairy, wheat, and oats. Fun for the whole family. What does one eat?
