I ran it today in 10:30. Getting closer! Hoping for 10:15 next month, or faster. My new Nike sport mixes should be really great for that.

I’m going to give this a try this Thursday on campus. Last month, I ran a mile in 11 minutes, so all I have to do is cut just a few seconds each lap.
Since I ran a mile in 11 minutes today, I think maybe I can drop it down to 10 minutes within a month.
