Learn Aikido

That’s what i was looking for in Judo.
No competition, a way of life and some exercises.

Just fit perfectly to me.

Why I chose Aikido ?

After a brown belt in judo, I get away from any sport.
I’d prefer learn Aikido than do judo because I hope philosophy is more present in aikido.
Judo is much more a sport than an art and a state of mind, and I definitly don’t hae the will to win or the eye of the tiger (even if it’s my chinese zodiac sign).

So, learn to use ki, get closer to zazen, ... this sond very attractive to me.
Just need to find a club near my house.
