I’ve been mixing it up so I do different things each time.
I’ve been mixing it up so I do different things each time.
This has been going well. It is very energizing. I set small goals each time.
I’ve been dedicated to the gym all week. I can see progress on my arm muscles.
I would like to make it my goal to stretch twice a day and exercise three times a week. Running at least a mile each time (or dancing!)and doing some resistance training.
Two friends just showed me how to use the equipment in the gym. This is progress.
