But during the crazy hoilday parties, I cant be bothered with writting things down, so there are a lot of blank pages in my food journal. I also havent really found the time to exersise. Once the holidays are over, hopefully i will have at least 10 minutes to hop on the stationary bike.

I was very good at writting things down at first but not so good with the portions and exersise. A few days ago I went for 35 minutes on the stationary bike, but havent got back on since. I should try harder
