Does it make any sense that after I add this goal to my list I eat donuts and drink more than a normal amount of soda for me in one day?
I’m not overweight, so I’m not doing this to try and lose weight, but diabetes runs in my family, and that does scare me. I want to eat better for myself so that I don’t end up relying heavily on medication when I’m older.
