I will quit.

This is a horrid habit, and I know I need to quit. I quit for two years, and picking up a cigarette again was such a mistake. It didn’t make me feel any better; I was still just as stressed. Quitting is such a mental thing, and I have to get in the right frame of mind to do it. It isn’t just that I want to quit; I will quit.
