No specific exercise yesterday, I was very busy, but I corrected myself plenty.

Did walking yesterday, corrected myself a few times.

Did some walking up a hill, and about 5 minutes exercise. Corrected myself several times throughout the day. I had my sweetheart raise my monitor to a higher level so I have no excuse to slouch.

Yesterday I did 15-20 minutes of walking up and down a hill, and 15 minutes of yoga/pilates/ stretching. I have recieved the book I ordered, The Power of Posture, it really is an excellent book.

I have been doing walking, stretching, and yoga. I find the corpse pose is a good one. Still not there yet but I will be.

I used to have perfect posture, then I went to high school where I got picked on because of it. How silly I stopped a good habit to please some morons!

I did 10 minutes yesterday of yoga pilates. My posture is improving.

I stayed on a farm over the weekend, and I did 5 hours of intensive housework. It definitely loosened me up, should be a springboard to get back into pilates and yoga. I used to be very limber, a few months of inactivity and I feel stiff.

I didn’t do the pilates/yoga I wanted. I will only write down things I have already done from now on. I corrected myself 8 times yesterday. I want to keep this up.

I corrected myself 4 times in 6 hours yesterday. I aim to do some pilates/yoga to help with this today.
