My challenge to myself will be to make a habit of drinking more water and other fluids, if I can sustain this behaviour for 6 weeks, I can mark this as complete… wish me luck.

ive been trying pretty hard… i find i get at least 4 cups at work but once i get home…fail.

Looks like I have a long way to go. Weekends, I drink 1 or 2 glasses, sometimes none. Not good. I am working on it. Most of my water intake happens at work, I need to extend these habits to the weekend!

Slipping on Sipping

Okay so after doing so well last week and i failing at this again. so much easier when you have water in your face 24/7

2 glasses so far today. I will do this!



Finally

Today I did it! 8 glasses! Now let’s see if I can keep this up until next week, then it will be considered a success!

I am tallying what I drink and have a bottle with me at all times.

I am having a terrible time with this! I have awful unhealthy habits. I am trying to get as many glasses of water into me as possible. Some days I do great and others i suck!
