I ate pizza during the superbowl 2 years ago

but I was totally vegan yesterday. Today I’ve had my fruit shake with kiwis, soy milk, mint, banana and vegetable powder. I feel great! Just have to take it one step at a time, and not feel like a failure if I give in!



Vegan=Fish 2 years ago

I was a vegetarian for four years, and was a vegan for 1.5 of those years. I looked great. My skin glowed and I passed for 5 years younger. Now I am older and the lines are starting to show on my face (I’m 26). I want to feel the way I did when I was 22! So I haven’t eaten meat since November 15th, save for thanksgiving and christmas. I just read “Skinny Bitch” and it reminded me why I went vegan in the first place! those poor animals! how disgusting that we consume them, after the way they’ve lived and under the conditions they’ve been slaughtered. Disgusting. Well, I still want to eat fish this time around. So I am keeping a food diary (under my 11 things) and let’s hope I stick to the plan!
