I’m making some headway with this now. I’m still a bit shakey but I think the worst has passed. I’m no longer feeling worthless. Sometimes changing my thinking comes first but this time I think it’s more to do with taking actions.I decided to try to work collaboratively with my partner on the major issue that was getting to me(ie still being in the same job despite having now got my degree). It’s been a rocky week or so since we started but I do feel more positive the last couple of days.

I don’t know how to change my way of thinking at the moment and break through these feelings of negativity. I need a strategy to make this change not just a desire to do it.
At the moment the only voice I hear clearly is that of my inner critic and she has nothing good to say about me or my capabilities!
