I am honestly doing this! and I LOVE IT!!!! I realized however that I do it a lot more when I’m out. At home, it’s hard, there’s food just sitting there, begging to be eaten. but when I’m out, even if I’m at a food court wiht friends eating, the foods behind those counters and it is five dollars away and I just don’t really have a desire for it. So I realized I just need to go out more. I have lost five pounds though and it feels great! I know it won’t stop here, I plan to lose another 25, but if this goal doesn’t happen, then neither will that.

This is probably one of the hardest things ever. I eat all day, seriously, proably a couple times an hour. I have meals, but theyre not really any differet than all my snacks during the day. Ive done this before and I felt so much healthier and in control. It’s like youre really taking care of yourself. I’d make a bag of popcorn and stop halfway. Now, I eat the whole bag and then go have a fudgesicle and an apple. I NEED to do this. Tomorrow, I will. I will ask myself before anything enters my mouth if I’m reall yhungry. If the answers no, Then the food doesn’t enter.
