This past week I have lost another 4 lbs. I included about 11 miles of walking, in addition to my diet, this week.
In the past week I have lost 1.5 lbs. It’s not any significant number, but I’ve stuck to my diet and I suppose that’s all that came off. I would surely rather be 172.5 lbs now than 181.5 lbs two weeks ago, though. :-)
I figured out a good way to lose weight, and began my diet one week ago. I started at 181.5 lbs, and now I’m down to 174.0 lbs. I ultimately hope to get down to 140.0 lbs. I’m not in a huge rush, but I’ll be sure to stick to my diet and see how everything goes.
