work/volunteer in a political campaign

I enjoy politics and am certainly passionate about the issues the I believe. It has always enraged me when people who don’t vote think that they have the right to complain about things when they did nothing to try to make the situation any better. I would like to take it a step further and realize that just by hoping a particular candidate wins or a ballot measure goes one way or the other and the voting on it, that’s just not enough. I would like to take my time and energy and really put it behind something that I strongly believe in.
