enjoy the third quarter of 2008 by having one NEW and FULFILLING experience in July, August, and September

Was great… I really enjoyed sitting at the Author Table. I was joined by my daughter, Mom and sister. I had great conversation and learned a few new things about the industry~

Today, while I was out getting my eyebrows done, I ran into and met Mrs. Bryce. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise, almost surreal. I started talking about my life which she was already abreast of because of this site, interesting and fun ;) You never know~

The Miner’s Den – A few people have mentioned it to me lately. I sold all my gold (from my ex husband, including my wedding ring). I’ve had it packed up for a long time, wanting to let it go and today I did. It’s time to move on.

I also purchased a beatiful citrine cluster, citrine is my birthstone~

For the 5th Annual Literary/Hat Luncheon, sponsored by the NCBW~

It was fun… I was surrounded by 3 other learners. I practiced on the side of the pool and with a paddle board. I’m looking forward to next Monday~

Titled, Emotional Freedom Technique, which was recommended by a friend. The objective of the technique is to relieve stress, heal negative reactions & emotions and support any Law of Attraction desires.

The EFT practitioner, Linda Piccolo came highly recommended. As I worked through the process, I could feel some negative emotion dwindle away. If you believe in energy work, this may be something you’d want to look into~

Was data entry at the campaign office. I typed away for 1 1/2 hours along with others. I also purchased an OBAMA sign for my front yard! Both experiences are new and fulfilling~

Today we took care of tuition and books ;) I saw Aaron’s cousin (she works in the bookstore). She was helpful and sweet as always~`

I walked in, filled out a volunteer form, spoke with a campaign worker then met with Jackson Elliot Raders, who manages my city and the other small cities that surround me. I loved his enthusiasm, dedication and hope.

I’ll be helping with voter registration, making phone calls and having a home meeting. He asked that I invite my friends, family, etc… he’ll come facilitate the meeting. The strategy is to get and keep the community involved, now and when Barack is elected President ;)

The campaign office was right down the street from the hospital. After hearing great news, this is what I needed to do, focus on answers, something positive, using my thoughts and energy on something that brings me greater purpose~

The kids were gone so…

I went camping with Aaron for two nights. I’d been to a Girl Scout Camp years ago on a work retreat, but we were in a cabin and I was hardly outdoors!

Aaron drove me an hour North and we pitched a tent and gathered our senses for two days and two nights. It was absolutely beautiful ;) The grounds were serene, life outside was calming, our fellow campers were happy and all was well.

When I looked up, there were no telephone wires, I could see a clear sky. Beautiful clouds during the day and stars at night.

We hit some of the trails and found all kinds of hidden treasures.

The space behind our site was mystical… it looked like a place faeries would live. It was kind of unreal. I had a fabulous time and would definitely go back!
