Visualize the events I wish to happen

That seeing what I’d like to manifest, works best when I know it works for the greater good of all. If it’s purely for myself, as put in A New Earth, ego-based I may be wanting, unconsciously. I can claim, instead of want. I can also see things as a way to improve the whole rather than just myself. This is living, consciously~

A new refrigerator in my kitchen ;)

He said he was moving to California with his friend Josh. I have not seen or heard from him in about a week- his cell phone is disconnected. I’m going to call his friends Mom to get Joshua’s number and see if that’s where he is. I know he’s 21 and technically I’m no longer responsible for him… but I’d like to know where he is.

I don’t understand why he’d just disappear and walk away, again~

Thinking about the events around Y.A. last year. Yesterday I visualized myself blowing out the candle of hope in my heart that something could change and we resume what started out to be so promising.

I now accept that we are not in a relationship, nor was one meant to be during our time of getting to know one another. I learned many valuable lessons (once again)!

For example:

I can have and be a cheerleader for someone without it leading to much more…

I can care for and love an individual simply because it is my nature to feel, without it being a totally intimate relationship…

I still love hearing success stories and he definitely has one. I applaud his perseverance…

I am more efficient at my job, thanks to him and the experiences he had and shared with me… and that’s great!

He and I are still on a journey, still learning and that’s the point of still being here…

When things don’t work out, it simply means he moved out of the space for the next guy ;)

The movie came with an assignment- which is to make a list of the things I would like to have, be, etc…

So I’ll do some meditating and come up with a list. I do have some things in mind already though ;)

It was also stressed to feel as though those things are already mine, and really get into the feeling I’d have as though it’s already happened~

I watched a movie called, The Secret which gave new meaning to visualizing and the way I now see life itself~

I was reading Illusions by Richard Bach, so I came to a part about visualization. This was the point my friend made when he suggested this book to me. It is what he did in preparation for finding his beloved. So I read it and I choose to visualize something too. I chose a rainbow, knowing full well that catching a rainbow in Michigan, in December is unheard of… so I saw it in a box. I went home, thought maybe I’d see one in the mail, or a catalog, or my daughter would have drawn one in school- none of that was it. One Christmas card I received had some of the colors of a rainbow, that still wasn’t it… so I went to bed.

This morning, as I was driving to work I saw it ;) On a Leonard’s Syrups truck, a rainbow had been painted on the side… I smiled, then laughed. The sunrise was beautiful this morning. The sky, a gorgeous blue with clouds of many colors adding a picture to the sky! It was beautiful, both seeing what I’d visualized and the skyline.

I think I’m going to enjoy visualizing~

Is of me sitting at a table, signing my books… I am working on that little project now ;)

I really like the look and meaning of Sankofa . My second choice is an angel and my last idea is to get my name written in hieroglyphics.

My Mom and one of her sister’s came by. They were a little irritated with one another, but that subsided and they got down to business. They’re still working on grandma’s final arrangements, but most of it should be completed tomorrow. This morning, I visualized all of us holding hands (while in a circle) being harmonious and loving. This was after I read a devotion that focused on nurturing relationships with harmony and love. It is working out~
