I used Emeril’s Rib Rub on the ribs I cooked. I baked them first, then threw them on the grill at my best friend’s mother’s 4th of July party. They were falling off the bone, melt in your mouth good!
Dinner
Bar-b-que! What else would I cook for the 4th of July?
Chicken Club Ring
Quiche with chicken and broccoli
Crab legs!!! (on sale at Meijer’s)
it tasted better the second day… once the flavor from the green onions had a chance to really marinate the dish. I’d make this again… and try new quiche flavors as well.
Making enough for leftovers to fill in the odd days~

I figure I can cook every other day, which means we’ll have leftovers every other day. I’ll make enough of the main course to last. The kids can make a new or different side dish on the off day to change it up a bit~ On the weekends we’ll eat out at least once.
