so far so good. 3 meals and one snack. i get hungry in the afternoon, but i feel so much better! and i get full faster for dinner now too. hopefully my tummy is shrinking.

i need to go to the gym more. i make too many excuses.

been doing this for teh past couple of days and i feel great! breakfast aroudn 9. lunch around 2. dinner around 7. snack either between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. it cuts out all those extra calories i eat while i snack when im not hungry! yayayayayay! not marking as complete just yet though…lets see how strong i am.
