I finally gave my notice today to my boss: http://www.43things.com/entries/view/978167. She was going on about the future of my career in the company AGAIN and I though it was time to stop the masquarade.

I still have my leads. I have a phone interview on Monday. Wish me luck.

Been working on this for a few month 3 years ago

So I’m at a crappy job in a crappy company and I’m trying to find another job, where I work too much for too little. I already have good leads and a bunch of people have offered to help, which is really nice.
I’ve got vacations coming up in September, so I don’t think it’s nice or right to start at a new place if I’m gooing to ask for 2 1/2 weeks off a week after starting
