I’ve lost about a pound since my last entry. I guess I’ve kinda put this on the backburner. I mean, I’m still losing weight and I’m not really doing much anymore as far as altering my eating/exercise habits; it feels normal to eat healthy now, which is a really good thing. Meh, maybe I’ll try to exercise a little more intensely to speed things up.

Down to 150 from 178! Yay! I’ve started jogging, and I’ve been visiting family over the past few weeks, which means eating better :)
I lost almost 20 lbs from November to February, and have lost maybe 3 since then. On the plus side, I’ve been working out a LOT more this past week. Not having a car is certainly helping, since I have to ride my bike everywhere :)
Started back in November at 168, I got on the scale this morning and I now weigh 159.5. I’ve been rollerskating/biking to work for the past two months and lifting weights 3x a week. My “fat jeans” are now loose on me and I feel great!
