establish a writer's retreat

available in Southern Maryland – only $659,900 – seven stalls with hot running water and electricity, 5 bedroom house. I could host them in the house, run writing workshops in the outbuildings and give them studio writing time in the stalls. Now I just need $635,000 (I can get the rest together myself!). It’s an idea and lots of good things started as ideas.
