last saturday i just really got fed up with myself. My BMI state is almost to “overweight” and i have hardly any clothes i fit into anymore. So i went and bought a gym card.
I went on saturday already and i did 45 minits of cardio and i lifted weights.
sunday: 50 minits of cardio
monday: 50 minits of cardio and weightlifting
today: 60 minits of cardio.
Im reading for my summer exams and i like having junk food around when i do that so im not really changing my diet right now, i just try to drink more water.
So tomorrow will be my 5th day in a row at the gym :D

so i´ve gone to the gym twice this week so…. yebb i should keep on going!
even though i´ve only been there twice i can really see why so many ppl get addicted to it: it makes you feel great! So im gonna keep it up!
