Dieting is a ugly word. I discovered once I found a lifestyle I was happy with, it was sooo much easier to stick to eatting “right” and working out. In finding a system that fit me perfectly, I was never denying myself anything I liked. At first, the change was a little rough, but, it’s been over a year and I haven’t felt better.
I did try a bunch of diets, shakes, plans. .etc. .and none worked for me. It’s just a matter of getting to know yourself, finding what you like to do that’s healthy and making that a bigger part of your life. :D
