Ok, so, not REALLY titheing. . but. .I am going to send a package overseas once a month through AnySoldier.com. Soldiers can post the things they need so you know you are sending stuff they can use. Since I am back to being unemployed, I don’t have a lot of money. I was dropping off money at the Salvation Army, but, just writing a check or donating cash seems distant. Maybe the directness of it is a little more fullfilling.

And my spelling sucks.

I have never really had a lot of money and I think you can tithe time and effort rather than just a check. . . But, Jack London wrote/said it best with:

“A bone to the dog is not charity. Charity is the bone shared with the dog, when you are just as hungry as the dog.”

I might be hungry, but, I can live with a little less. . .
