Fair chance means, to me, more than judgment based on looks. It’s giving a fair chance to the one who doesn’t agree with my ideas, values or ethic.

I can’t count the number of times I was axed because I didn’t catch on fast enough or I wasn’t charming enough or, in fact, smart enough or because of my looks, gender. . .hair color. . blah blah.

I know every chance won’t end up being worth it, but, I can at least do my best to give everyone a chance.
