30min 2 days a Wk
Oatmeal for Breakfast
Vegitarian Lunch
Red Meat only 2X a Wk
Plenty of fruits and veggies
Fish Oil 3X Daily
No more Fast food (Subway maybe)
Junkfood changes to health food
Keep a jounal of all of this to show the Doc in 3 Months for my next visit



Just got the call from the Doctor 9 months ago

Triclycerides 173 Goal > 130
LDL 177 Goal > 150
HDL 36 Goal < 45
Total 248

Starting Today things are a changing.
Action plan to follow in the next post.
