Stop talking to myself

Yes! I went a whole day without talking to myself! Let’s hope I can keep it up. :)

I’m still in the same place. I still talk to myself once in a while. It’s hard to kick this when you do it without noticing it. But I’m gonna stop talking to myself alltogether!

Well, only once in a while do I talk to myself maybe uttering a word, but this once in a while is everyday. But I intend to stop it. I’m giving it my all

I’m still trying to break this habit. I’m doing better, but I still catch myself talking to myself every now and then. But I’m gonna stop it! I’m determined!

I just go into deep daydreams that seem so real and I start whispering out loud what I say in the daydream. I have too many fantasies. I’m getting help for it though from my psychiatrist. Gotta stop it though! I’m getting much better at it though.
