At least, I think the worst is over. My headaches have subsided, but tea-lover that I am, I’ve switched to decaffinated tea and have tried avoiding eating too many chocolates and confectionaries. This may be complete sooner than I thought, because I don’t think it would kill me to live like this in the future.

I feel quite awful right now. I don’t know if it’s just a sign of withdrawal, but I’ve got such a pain right in between my eyes. I’ve been drinking lots of water and some vitamin supplements, but it really does hurt a lot. I suppose once I ride this out, the rest should be easy. Just avoid tea/coffee. Right now, I’ve never felt so tempted in all my life to have just one cup…

Does anyone know if green or other herbal teas contain any amounts of caffeine?  — 3 months ago

Maybe instead of giving up tea/coffee I could try decaffinated for a while and see if that works! ;)

Taking a Break  — 4 months ago

I think I’ve been taking too much caffeine lately, and I’m wondering if maybe it’s the cause for the lethargy in the mornings and sometimes the headaches at night. Well, I just want to cut down on drinking tea and coffee for the next week or two maybe. If things are going well I may even keep it up for good, although I wish it were that easy.
