My mom can only give me so much information, but seeing as my grandmother has recently passed away, it’s going to be a little trickier finding out more about the maternal side of my family. It’s really strange what I’ve managed to dig up just going back one or two generations. I never knew my paternal grandfather had married twice! That means I’ve half-cousins somewhere in South Africa; I think I’m going to keep investigating the family tree. There’s so much I don’t know about my history that I want to find out about.
