But not quite paid it forward technically. I’ve been holding doors for people more and it feels great to see them smile and thank me, but I’ve got to another step. Just need to seize the next chance and do something actively nice for someone.

I want to pay it forward. This is a goal that’s been on my list for a long time, and for some reason I’ve never completed it. It seems like a simple thing, too – paying it forward. I think my overthinking it has complicated it for me, but who can you pay it forward to? What kind of things can you do?
