Really it’s just a matter of where to plant it now. I was thinking my local park; that way I can see it everyday if I want to and make sure it’s growing healthy and strong. So I’ll have to make some phonecalls I guess and see if that’s ok. Haven’t decided fully yet. My back garden wouldn’t be very ideal for a young tree to grow in, as it faces north and is crowded by bushes anyway.

I’m going to try and complete this goal over the weekend. I might even get my little sister and my dad to help me with it. It’d be a nice way to spend time with them and be a memorable experience. I’d love the thought of ten or twenty years from now me and my sister and dad would look at a tree we planted years ago and remember back to the day we set it in the ground.
I’m going to do this as soon as the weather here gets warmer. I wonder would it count as a tree planted just to put the seed in the ground, or would it have to germinate…?
It’s been two weeks, but the apple seed I planted hasn’t germinated yet… maybe it’s too cold, or else I’m not giving it enough water. Fingers crossed!
