write anonymous, loving post-its for strangers to find

for myself… I did 25 yesturday!!! High-Five!!! I’m also keeping a talley and I’ve done quite a few total… My favorite quote I like to use is.

I posted 10 today.. My favorite had to be after I worked out.. I stuck one on a stationary bike when I left.. My friends think its funny that i’m doing this. I left one on a bike rack outside and my friend was walking by and sad a couple point at my post it note and laugh.. it made me sad when she told me this.. but she said they laughed after they read it because they were both like ” who the heck wrote this happy post it note” kind of laugh comment.. which makes me warm inside.. and I was thinking.. if strangers laugh and think its lame.. at least they are laughing?? Also I have been keeping a talley of all my post its.. not where they are posted just a quick talley so I can look and see how many potential lives i could have cheered up. Anyone know any sweet place for ” feel good quotes”? or any entries I can find that have more?

Alright… So I saw this idea on this site maybe ehh 2 days ago and I’ve already gone to town with it since.. today… I bought some sweet post-its and posted around 15 today.. Ranging from ” you are neato frito” to ” you are awesome, don’t let anyone tell you different.” to ” You don’t have to… You get to…. love life.” stuff like that.. Anyways HEre are the results.. I posted one on some random fence, 2 on car windows, 4 or 5 in a grocery store, one at a movie rental store drop box, and a couple more in various places.. This is the coolest Idea ever. I got 3 pads of post-its and I already pre-wrote quotes I have a good 50 stocked up so I can just post them as my day progresses.. I love this. I hope they make a difference in someone’s life.. I hope I’m not pissing people off either! lol

I’ve never heard about this before.. NOr found one.. This is amazing! I am totally going to try this!! Another thing I’ve always Wanted to do which is similar is place pennies face up for people to find and make their day.. wouldn’t that be neat? I have all these freaking pennies why not make a good use out of them… Now I have a question.. What type of postits do you guys use?? the bigger square ones? or the tiny ones?
