Today, the scale says my weight is 58.9. And I updated mylilyslim thicker, but since I’m not sure, I am not marking this thing as done. Could I have lost any weight, when last weekend I ate pizza twice, ice-cream and drank beer?? I find it hard to believe. Next week, we’ll see if it’s true…

So, I went to the nutritionist. Honestly, I expected something more, but all I got of it was a piece of paper with some general tips. The doctor gave a me a diet of 1200 calories per day, which I am not sure is the right thing for me. I only have to lose 5 kgs, (which I have gained mostly because of my work I spend 8 hours sitting), and I feel like she uses the same method with everyone, regardless they have 5 o 20 extra kg. She didn’t pay much attention to what I had to say, about my routines, my job, why I won’t be able to eat 6 times a day like she said I should…
I’ve decided I am gonna organize my own diet and lose this weight all alone. I am a determined person, and when I decide I will do something, I actually do it. I’m gonna consider the tips she gave me, go to the gym as much as I can, and just eat in a healthy way. This thing is possible, and I am gonna make it happen
Not only I don’t lose weight, but I gain it! But let’s be honest, I’m not doing any “diet”, which I should start doing. And considering what I ate last weekend (irish coffee with an apple pancake, pizza and beer, barbeque, and a lot of sweet), 200 grs. is not so much.
