-Not making a to-do list
-Not thinking critically
-Watching movies and playing around online when I should be working
Sometimes, figuring out why you don’t want to do a specific task helps. For example, I don’t want to make a to-do list. Why? Because I’m afraid it will be too confusing. So I can make a plan.
And so forth.
I think I’ll try that.

1) Work out 1 set of muscles.
2) Fill out life agenda.
3) Write a to-do list.

I did all of it except that I decided to nap before my friend came rather than color as much as possible. I did color a bit, but very little.

This goal is rather unspecific, so today’s plan will be very, very specific. Three tasks that I’ve been putting off, that I’ll know when I’m finished with them.
The problem is, I’ll be spending most of the day with my friend, so they have to be kinda short.
1) Print out affirmations. 20 min. (I’m allowing for fudge time in these estimates)
2) Draw outline for next drawing and color as much of it as possible. 40+ min.
3) Read 20 pages. 40 min.
Hm… that’s more than enough to keep me occupied until my friend comes.
I’ll post later with how I did. :D
