First workout: walked brisk uphill on treadmil almost 2 miles
2nd workout: spin class

tomorrow: my test, I will jog on the treadmil and see how close to the mile I get



Intro to run a mile 8 months ago

I’m re-doing all my goals to start smaller.
I want to run but get winded fast – I had a “run 5k” goal but never made it. I’m starting lower with run 1 mile, when I master that I will move on. I have used couch to 5k in the past but didn’t like the music in the podcast.
