This has to be the hardest thing on my list.
Gah, I hate myself for not loving myself. I’m always putting myself down in my head, I can’t even fake loving myself anymore. I don’t know what to do…I keep screwing up.

I dont know how to shut off the voice in my head that goes
“I hate you”
whenever I screw up. Then I get mad at myself for being so harsh to myself, and its this vicious cycle.
